Looking for reflections in bubbles (WATER): Observes and explores materials in the environment. Investigates and describes states of matter. Performs tasks that require fine-muscle control.
Reflective paper collages (ART): Creates two-dimensional artwork. Builds finger dexterity and uses thumb/forefinger in pincer grasp. Explores and experiments with dry media to create artwork.
Painting with Marbles (ART): Explores and experiments with paint. Describes the physical properties of objects. Coordinates body movements to complete simple tasks.
Digging for hidden treasure (SENSORY): Uses a variety of tools and materials to strengthen hand grasp, flexibility, and coordination. Makes comparisons among objects. Sorts objects into subgroups that vary by one or two attributes, or by category.
